There has been an increased awakening to the importance of prayer and a desire to a lifestyle of prayer for many around the world.
The Aim of GPRN is to serve Prayer Organisations and Ministries by creating awareness for and circulating the magnitude of prayer resources to a rapidly growing data base of people and to connect praying Christians with up to date local and global prayer needs & existing prayer resources.
Pray for the Nations
Prayer moves the hand of God. Once there is sustained, strategic, and informed prayer, we will witness massive numbers of unreached people coming to Christ. Pray that it will happen in our generation.
- Beverly Pegues

Events and Initiatives
As a Christian, prayer should be a constant discipline. Consistent, daily, prayer can be likened to food – it sustains us by keeping us, and our lives, connected to God. In this sense we need to pray daily just like we need to eat daily. However, even though we eat regularly there are some special occasions on which we gather for special meals.
– Dr Dion Forster
Critical Prevailing Prayer
When Jesus encouraged us to ask of the Father, it was not for the purpose of teasing us, but rather to embolden us.
His words are powerful, and he intends that we embrace them: “No good father will return a stone when asked for bread.” Matthew 7:9
- George Otis Jr.
Prayer for Social Justice Issues
Praying is the act of touching God’s heart.
It opens up the opportunity to bring our own needs before God, but also to be impacted by the things that break God’s heart.
What would happen if the good news of Jesus Christ were to be proclaimed in every nation on Earth on the same day?
The Vision
The vision of the Global Outreach Day is to mobilize you and your church to take the Gospel to the lost – and this will happen across the world on one day, every year.
It's your harvest!
Global Outreach Day is not just another vision for you to follow. It's about individual people with individual gifts reaching their region.
It's easy!
You don't need money; all you need is a willingness to do something. It's about every Christian standing up and reaching different people in their own way with the good news: whether you go to hospitals, prisons, orphanages, on to the streets or in your neighborhood – you can even use the Global Outreach Day to invite people into your home and tell them about Jesus over dinner.
